  6.   1. This software is a Shutdown-Automation utility, which primarily allows
  7.      its user to automatically or manually shut down MS-Windows with pre-
  8.      defined settings.
  9.      "Shut down" not means, that this software only allows a system-shutdown,
  10.      but also supports a lot of additional features, which for example can
  11.      reboot the computer, log the current user off- and automatically on, set
  12.      the computer into standby-mode, lock its display, and so on ...

  14.   2. Installation is not required, but recommended.- The installation-program
  15.      of this software shall make it easier for the user to install the whole
  16.      product to a place, where he can easily find it later. - The second
  17.      major reason for an automatic installation is to allow easy uninstall,
  18.      if the software is not longer used. - Finally the installation sets back
  19.      accidently specified settings, if in trouble after a manual de-
  20.      installation.
